APPLE BUTTER Wilderness Lodge

½ Red Delicious apple
½ Granny Smith apple
2 c softened unsalted butter
1/8 c applejack brandy
¼ c apple juice
1/8 tsp salt
1/16 tsp pepper
In food processor, purée whole cored apples (skin on). Add all remaining ingredients and blend until liquid is incorporated and entire batch is smooth.
