1) Cook pasta, drain, and keep warm.
2) Warm olive oil in a large skillet. Add garlic, shrimp, and prosciutto, and saute over medium heat for about three minutes, until shrimp are pink and firm.
3) Add white wine and simmer for one minute.
4) Stir in cream and cheese, gently fold in pasta.
5) Garnish with basil and tomatoes.
