S’mores Brownie- Le Cellier

2 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1 cup cocoa
3 3/4 cups sugar
6 each eggs- beaten
1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 3/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
graham cracker crust
mini marshmallows
vanilla ice cream
cooking torch


In a sauce pan, melt butter and add cocoa.
Next add sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
Mix well.
Add flour and salt.
Pour into 9-13 inch pan over crust (any store bought graham cracker crust will do).
Top with mini marshmallows.
Bake at 350 for 30 min.
Cut into shapes of your choice, layer with ice cream and fruit sauces.
Skewer marshmallows on a chopstick, burn with a torch and roll in sprinkles.
Stick through brownie and ice cream.
