Brown Sugar 2 lb
Tamari Sauce 40 oz
Rice Wine Vinegar 24 oz
Garlic, minced 2 oz
Ginger, minced 4 oz
Pineapple Juice, frozen concentrate 1 qt

Combine all ingredients in Sauce Pan. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 30
minutes. Strain, and cool.
