Ingredients – Batter

  1. 7/8 c. Heavy cream
  2. 3 ea. Eggs
  3. 1/4 tsp. Kosher salt
  4. 3/4 tsp. Onion powder
  5. 1/8 tsp. Nutmeg
  6. 1/8 tsp. Black pepper

Ingredients – Potatoes

  1. 1 1/3 lbs. Potatoes, diced
  2. 1 oz. Leeks, sliced
  3. 1/8 tsp. Kosher salt
  4. 1/8 tsp. Ground pepper
  5. 1 1/3 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
  6. 1 1/3 oz. Mozzarella & provolone cheese mix, grated
  7. 1 1/8 c. Batter

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together except batter and place in casserole dish sprayed with non stick spray.
  2. Pour batter over potatoes into pan.
  3. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
