Where can I find the Yakisoba noodles? I am also having trouble finding frozen pineapple juice concentrate.

If you can't find frozen pineapple juice (I usually find it at Walmart in the freezer section) use pineapple juice but use a little less since it not as strong. The Yakisoba noodles usually in the international section of the grocery store. Another place I found was at World Market where they have the food.

I tried this last week and it did taste like the noodles at Ohana! One thing that was vague, though, was how many noodles were going to be needed for the amount of sauce. I ran out of yakisoba noodles, so my ratio was heavy on the sauce (which made the recipe very strong). Next time, I'll probably make a half recipe of the sauce.

I get the recipes direct from Disney, so put them up as the Disney chefs tell me. SO I think them not saying how many noodles to use is their way of keeping it part the "Disney magic" secret :)
